Our Management Fee
One number, published openly. Most Dubai operators ask you to enquire — we would rather you could compare.
| Plan | Best for | Management fee | Included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Owners who want licensing and listing only | 15% of gross revenue | Permit, listings, pricing, guest support |
| Complete | Most owners — fully hands-off | 18% of gross revenue | Everything in Essential, plus housekeeping, linen, maintenance coordination and photography |
| Signature | Premium and multi-unit portfolios | 20% of gross revenue | Everything in Complete, plus interior styling, dedicated account manager and quarterly performance review |
Cleaning is charged to the guest, not the owner. DTCM permit fees, municipality fees and Tourism Dirham are pass-through at cost.

Owner FAQs
Do I need a DTCM permit, and who applies for it?
Yes — every holiday home in Dubai must hold a permit issued by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DTCM). We apply on your behalf, hold it under our operator licence, and handle renewals. Permit and registration fees are passed through at cost. Please verify current requirements on the official DTCM portal, as regulations are periodically updated.
Can I still use my own apartment?
Of course. Block any dates you like in the owner portal. We ask for thirty days’ notice on peak-season dates so we are not cancelling a confirmed guest, but there is no limit on how often you use it.
How much can I earn?
It depends on area, size, furnishing standard and how much of the year you keep it available. Use the calculator above for an indicative figure, then ask us for a proper projection based on your actual unit.
What if the apartment is unfurnished?
Our interior team handles it. Packages start at compliance-level furnishing to get you licensed and earning, and go up to full bespoke fit-out. We will tell you honestly which tier your building and target rate justify.
When do I get paid?
On the first working day of each month, for the previous month’s completed stays. The statement is in your portal before the money moves, so nothing is a surprise.
Is there a lock-in period?
Twelve months from go-live, then rolling with sixty days’ notice. We ask for the first year because the setup work — licensing, photography, channel ranking — takes a season to pay back.
